Rodan + Fields: Products & Business Opportunity
For those who don't know me, I am basically a skeptical person, and not much of a trend follower or a “joiner.” People have tried unsuccessfully to get me into Amway, Shaklee, Herbalife, Premier Designs, Arbonne, Mary Kay and many other businesses over the years. The only one I tried was Avon when I was right out of college. I liked it and did well with it — as far as the opportunity went, but I once wrote an article on why I never join these businesses. The fact it, unless you get in on the ground floor of a strong, well-organized company with a fantastic business model and a great beand, the chance of making the kind of figures these businesses dangle in front of you is almost nil.

However, I have been going with a friend to Rodan + Fields meetings for over 2 months. After trying my best to pick it apart for 2 months, I cannot find a drawback to working with Rodan + Fields, the new company recently launched by the makers of Proactiv. The doctors who developed the best system for treating acne have turned their attention to skin care for the baby boomer generation — or anyone with sensitive skin, rosacea, adult acne, brown spots, wrinkles and other signs of aging.
This appealed to me because I have had skin cancer, and the stress of my last job caused me to develop rosacea. Besides skin cancer, being out in the sun too much has given me a few brown spots and keratosis. The complexion that used to be so nice has suffered the past few years, but I am using some great products now and taking proper care of my skin. I think some of you will notice a difference next time you see me.

Only 5,000 reps have been signed up across the US — that barely scratches the surface and some large cities have no reps at all. Imagine being the first rep in a city but having this huge company behind you. I’m excited about being one of the first in Nashville. Like I said, if you have any questions, I am here to answer.
