About a month ago, I purchased a khaki Boonie sun hat from Walmart.com. It was cute and provided nice sun protection for my face, but was missing its decorative bow. This was disappointing since the bow matches the strap and trim and would be a cute embellishment  but the hat is for working out in my garden, so the bow isn’t really necessary   The option of getting another color was appealing, so I ordered on in blue. This one arrived with its decorative bow, but the strap that goes under the chin was horribly sewn to the point of being defective.  The strap is a simple construction where each side is folded in and stitched down the middle to create a uniform edge and prevent fraying. However, the blue hat I received had the stitching down the middle without catching either side in many places. LEADOKO Women's Summer Gypsy Baggy Tunic Tops Shirt Long Sleeve Blouse Not As Described Summer is on its way, and I love working out in my garden, so I ordered the graceful gypsy tunic pictured above What I received was a disappointing small shirt that might have been made by gypsies, but it certainly is not a flowing gypsy tunic, nor does it have long sleeves.  According to the  LEADOKO listing on WalMart, a Medium tunic  is:  Tag size M : US Size:(6) -----Bust:(39.8") -----Sleeve:(23.5") -----Length:(28.3") I ordered a medium blouse, but what I received was a small or extra small blouse. I can't tell, because THERE IS NO SIZE TAG. There are also no washing instruction tag. The only tag in the shirt just tells you it is 100% polyester. The size is ridiculously small and the sleeves are 4 inches too short. This isn't a long-sleeve blouse -- it's a 3/4 sleeve at best. The quality is very poor.   As my regular readers know, I am a big fan of Skechers shoes. When I started walking, I was slew-footed with flat feet and weak ankles and had to wear casts for 6 months to try to straighten my legs and help my arches.. In middle school,  my mother put me in orthopedic shoes. Needless to say, they we re a big hit at school.  The point is, I have always had trouble finding comfortable shoes for my feet. Even in flats and tennis shoes, my feet always ache after standing or walking for a little while. However, someone gave me my first pair of Skechers last year and it changed my life. I can now walk and stand for long periods of time without crippling foot pain.  Amazon has a good selection of  Skechers Shindigs  women's boots at reasonable prices, so I ordered my last pair of hiking boots there. Skechers You Define Devotion shoes comfortable but flimsy Regular readers will know that I am usually a big fan of Skechers shoes, and in many ways the Skechers You Define Devotion shoes with air cooled Gogamat don't disappoint. They are lightweight, comfortable and remarkably easy on your feet. They are great for wearing around the house, and they came with a thin plastic, lightweight Skecher.s backpack However, the fabric of the shoes feels very flimsy, and the shoes are so light, I doubt they will hold up well. When I walk down my driveway, which is fairly steep, I have the awful feeling my toes are pressing too hard against the fabric and stretching it out.  The thin shoe fabric really worries me.  I bought new black footies from Hanes to protect the shoes from the pressure of my toes.  Also, I wanted black Skechers for dry winter days, but these shoes will be too thin for winter. Skechers Beverlee Delighted with Luxe Foam Sandals in Multi Readers of this blog know I am a fan of Skechers. However, I have finally found a pair on sale that are not a perfect fit-- the Skechers Beverlee Delighted with Luxe Foam. These wedge sandals are cute, and the luxe foam is comfortable, but these shoes are a little loose on my feet. My toes slide right out the front of the sandals. That's probably not Skechers fault, however, as I do have a narrow foot and these shoes don't come in narrow. I love the multi-color straps, and the heel means I can use the shoes for more than just casual sandals. However, having my toes slide out the front isn't a desirable look, nor is it comfortable, so I purchased some clear pads for the balls of my feet. Voila! Problem solved! My feet no longer slip and if anything, the shoes are even more comfortable now. The shoes came with a cute but cheap little adjustable, blue plastic phone stand, complete with the Skechers logo. Skechers Footie Socks Come to the Rescue for Comfort & Preventing Odor I love  Skechers Relaxed Fit  shoes. I love the way they fit and feel. Although they do not give the same level of support as a pair of good tennis shoes, Skechers are comfortable for walking all day long thanks to their memory foam.  Unfortunately, the memory foam and hot, bare feet produce an aroma that is unpleasantly cheesy. To protect your feet from memory foam odor, a pair of footie socks is a must, and Skechers has some great socks to chose from. I tried the Skechers  3 Pack Sport Mesh No Show Liner Socks and must say they are fabulous. The Skechers  3 Pack Sport Mesh No Show Liner Socks fit very well. They don't slip and slide like some footie socks do. There is a plastic strip in the heel that holds the sock in place even when removing your foot from the shoe. Insoles come out every time I take the shoes off A few months ago, I saw an ad for some Noracora shoes, the  Women's Green Slide Hollow-Out Round Toe Casual Pu Sneakers Flats, to be exact. Because I clicked on it, the ad haunted my web visits from then on like ads do these days, and eventually I succumbed to temptation and bought them for  $27.68 . I am all about trying new products to review for my readers. I also spotted a pair of flats, the  Pi Clue Flat Heel Flats for  $7.21. At $8, what could go wrong? My total with shipping came to  $40.91. Thankfully, it wasn't a big investment, because both pairs of shoes were a HUGE disappointment. Not only that, but they took well over a month to get here.
