Nashville loses a gospel music fixture as "The Brian Mason Show" leaves the air

A beloved Sunday morning tradition is coming to an end as radio personality Brian Mason has announced his decision to bring "The Brian Mason Show" to an end on Sunday, June 26, 2011. It was while listening to Mason's show in the 1980s that I first heard contemporary Christian music. It was the first time I had ever listened to Amy Grant or Michael W. Smith, and their music changed my life.
