I was walking my dog with a friend last night at our local park (because exercise is great for your skin!), and the conversation  naturally turned to skin care. Women (and men) talk about skin, health, beauty and aging all the time, so it was an open door for me to share with her the difference the Rodan + Fields skin care products and business have made in my skin and in my life. I know this single mother has been working extra hours at work, trying to save money  to provide her kids with a good life, and I couldn’t help but think how nice it would be if she could work those extra hours at home — WITH her kids rather than having to make arrangements for sitters. While she stays late at work, building someone else’s business, she could be at home building her own business, or building it walking in the park , like me! Colgate announces new Colgate Optic White toothpaste for whiter teeth Not All Toothpastes Were Created Equal With the slogan "Not All Toothpastes Are Created Equally," Colgate has just announced the release of their new Colgate Optic White toothpaste . Pointing out that most so-called whitening toothpastes only remove surface stains from teeth, Colgate Optic White toothpaste now uses Hydrogen Peroxide which is the same whitening ingredient found in various whitening strips. Michael W. Smith to release 2nd instrumental 'Glory' Nov. 22 Nashville's Michael W. Smith announced today he is preparing to release "Glory," the instrumental follow-up to his 2000 RIAA Gold-selling album, "Freedom." I went to high school with Nan Gurley where I was in the chorus with her for two years. Nan was the lead in our annual usical production every year, so it has been my pleasure to watch her career almost from the beginning! The Glory Bugles is one of my most favorite things that she has don't through the years. The Glory Bugles return to TPAC with '800 Miles Off Broadway'  For reasons unknown, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center has just announced they have invited the musically-challenged, theologically baffled foursome known as The Glory Bugles back to the stage in September.
