Where Is the Landmark Construction (Nashville) Tile Guy?

Once again I have wasted part of a day waiting for Landmark Construction in Nashville to show up to finish the small kitchen tile job they were hired to do in July of 2011, paid in advance for most of the job in Sept. and started on November 3. It's been one delay after another since then, with one mistake after another added in for good measure. Continued at: Where Is the Landmark Construction (Nashville) Tile Guy?

I finally heard from Eric today. In spite of my wishful thinking that a small tile job he was hired to do in July 2011, and paid in advance for much of in Sept. 2011, and which he began on Nov. 3, 2011... he's not coming back until Mon. Jan. 16, 2012! Eric Roper of Landmark Construction will have taken ONE HALF OF A YEAR to do a small kitchen tile job. Surely that's some kind of a record.

Update: May 24, 2012

Eric Roper of Landmark Construction has still not finished the work he was paid in advance to do, and I have not heard from Eric Roper since mid-January 2012. He has not offered to finish the repairs or to pay back the money he was paid in advance. In fact, Landmark Construction has simply stopped returning calls and emails.

Update: June14, 2012

 Still trying to get Eric Roper, formerly of Landmark Construction and now with DWC Construction of Nashville to finish the job or return the money he was paid in advance. Finding other people who have had similar problems with Eric Roper. Filed reports with Consumer Afairs and BBB. So far, no justice.
