Like most Americans, I have been shocked by the senseless attacks by at least two Muslim men at a traditional athletic competition where families stood with other spectators. This time the ensuing terrorism is because of an independent film made in the US and posted on the internet that portrays Mohammad as a womanizer. The Muslim response has been to attack U.S. and German embassies, to burn American flags, and to hold violent protests in Libya, Tunisian, Sudan, Yemen and other Islamic countries where people have been killed and wounded. Countries with Shariah Law in 2011 Nashville Hutton Hotel Cancels Contract with Anti-Shariah Group The Hutton Hotel in Nashville has canceled its contract with an anti-Shariah conference which was planned for Nov. 11, 2011. An article in the Oct. 25 edition of The Tennessean revealed that the management of the hotel said its reason for the cancellation was fear the event could attract protests and disrupt business after hotel management allegedly received calls from both the public and some of their clients complaining about the event.
