Life Perspective: Reviews & More

Skechers Footie Socks Come to the Rescue for Comfort & Preventing Odor I love  Skechers Relaxed Fit  shoes. I love the way they fit and feel. Although they do not give the same level of support as a pair of good tennis shoes, Skechers are comfortable for walking all day long thanks to their memory foam.  Unfortunately, the memory foam and hot, bare feet produce an aroma that is unpleasantly cheesy. To protect your feet from memory foam odor, a pair of footie socks is a must, and Skechers has some great socks to chose from. I tried the Skechers  3 Pack Sport Mesh No Show Liner Socks and must say they are fabulous. The Skechers  3 Pack Sport Mesh No Show Liner Socks fit very well. They don't slip and slide like some footie socks do. There is a plastic strip in the heel that holds the sock in place even when removing your foot from the shoe. Hopefully, the plastic gripping strip will survive many machine washings. I tried these footies in another pair of cheap...

Insoles come out every time I take the shoes off A few months ago, I saw an ad for some Noracora shoes, the  Women's Green Slide Hollow-Out Round Toe Casual Pu Sneakers Flats, to be exact. Because I clicked on it, the ad haunted my web visits from then on like ads do these days, and eventually I succumbed to temptation and bought them for  $27.68 . I am all about trying new products to review for my readers. I also spotted a pair of flats, the  Pi Clue Flat Heel Flats for  $7.21. At $8, what could go wrong? My total with shipping came to  $40.91. Thankfully, it wasn't a big investment, because both pairs of shoes were a HUGE disappointment. Not only that, but they took well over a month to get here. When I ordered the flats, unbeknownst to me, the website glitched and selected the default size-- the  smallest size,  probably around a size 4 US. I wear a 7 1/2, which is what I selected. As soon as I noticed, I wrote to Noracora, but they would only offe...

Comparing ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs with Melatonin to Physician's Choice Sleep Aid with Melatonin Occasionally I have a little trouble falling asleep at bedtime. The idea of pharmaceutical sleep aids doesn't appeal, especially since my occasional sleeplessness is usually caused by a deviation in my schedule. Something mild and natural would be preferable. As an influencer, I am fortunate to occasionally get to test certain brands. Such was the case with ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs and Physician's Choice Sleep Aid . I always appreciate the opportunity to try new products and provide an honest review. The sleep first product I tested was ZzzQuil. Two grape-flavored gummies are the recommended dosage, and each serving contains 2 mg. of melatonin. That gives each gummie 1 mg. of melatonin. Next I tried Physician's Choice Sleep Aid. The recommended dosage of this product is two capsules, and a dosage contains 5 mg. of melatonin, so that's 2.5 mg. of melatonin per capsule. Physician'...

Conservatives, Christians, Trump Supporters & Others Move to New Social Networks USA.Life and Parler   If you are looking for a more balanced social media experience, USA.Life and Parler are free speech zones that don't censor conservative views just because they don't agree with them. These new platforms are also good for any businesses wanting to expand their social media networking capabilities. USA.Life is the alternative to Facebook, and Parler is the alternative to Twitter. Both avoid the biased censorship of conservatives that is so prevalent on Reddit, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As more and more conservatives become fed up with being told their viewpoint isn't valid and their news reports are "fake," many are making the switch to USA.Life and Parler for more freedom of expression. In March as COVID-19 was beginning to close communities across the country, I went to WinCo in Oklahoma City where I was living temporarily, and purchased some canned goods and dried foods to take back to Nashville with me, including several cans of WinCo Golden Sweet Corn. My plan was to stock up on groceries before heading home to Nashville for isolating. On May 18, I opened a can of WinCo Golden Sweet Corn and found what looked like a bloated dead fly in the corn. I immediately called the phone number on the can and reported it to their answering machine since no one was answering calls at the time due to Coronavirus.  Some time later a representative from the company left me a message and asked that I provide more information. I tried calling back but once again, a message informed me that due to Coronavirus, response might be slow. After a few more tries,  I looked up the WinCo website and filled out the following form on May 31: Three weeks later, a representative of Win...
