Are you a frivolous complainer? Recently Bellevue Publix gave my prescription with my name, address, phone number and some of my medical info to the wrong person. They wouldn’t give me my own medicine, because their records showed it had been picked up. Then when I tried to matter-of-facts insist the issue be taken care of, the pharmacy manager on duty suggested I take my business elsewhere. I turned in a complaint.
