What happened to family time, or fun hanging out with friends? Obviously COVID has put a damper on things in 2021, but even before the pandemic, it seems like people spent more time on electronics and less time building relationships. Most people are aware that technology has interfered with families and friendships. While providing a quick and easy easy way to communicate in short posts, there is something lacking.

The Rank Game is a fun way to get to know your family again, bond with friends, interact with new roommates and even get to know people you work with. This card game is super easy to learn and to play and can be played in four different modes, depending on how many people want to play. 

Each round focuses on one topic and one player--the Ranker. Everyone must try to guess the Ranker's response to a variety of questions. Rankers and topics change with each round, and additional topic packs can be bought or created on The Rank Game's website. I gave the game 5 out of 5 stars. Choking on honey: What to do Honey is a thick, viscous fluid which can become trapped in a person's airway. While there are many articles written about using honey to remove obstructions from the throat, there is not much, if anything, written about what to do if someone is choking on honey. I had an experience where I was choking on honey and called the paramedics. I couldn't even speak by the time I had someone on the phone. By the time the paramedics arrived, the honey had dissolved enough for me to begin gasping for air.  The main thing is to NOT PANIC and not inhale it deeper while it is thick. Honey will slowly dissolve and thin out. 'Naked and Afraid XL' and Mean Girl Cliques

I just finished watching the third season of "Naked And Afraid XL." I respect these people for leaving the comfort, safety and security of home to face unknown hardships in remote and inhospitable places. I wouldn't choose to do it, so my comments should be viewed knowing I realize I could not do what these people have done. In addition, I am aware that most of the action and dialogue takes place off camera. All my impressions are compliments of a cameraman and a film editor and the scenes they chose to share. A lot happens that that I am completely unaware of. With these two disclaimers in mind, let's talk about Mean Girl Cliques on "Naked And Afraid XL." Every girl comes up against them in elementary school. They become a force to be reckoned with in junior high and have usually become more sophisticated and somewhat nicer in high school.
